Frequently asked questions
Which parts of Florida do you cover?
We take calls from the Keys to the Panhandle, including South Florida, the Palm Beaches, Southwest Florida, Tampa Bay, Central Florida, the Space and First Coasts and the Gulf beaches. Coverage for a specific address is confirmed on the phone. Browse the service areas.
What is the easiest way to get a quote?
Just call. Have the address or cross streets, your delivery date, how long you need the units and the number of people expected. The quote page lists a short prep checklist.
Why don't you list prices?
Cost swings with unit type, quantity, rental length, servicing, distance and access, so we quote every job individually. The cost guide explains the main factors.
When should I reserve for a busy weekend?
As soon as your date is firm. Winter and spring are the busiest stretch for festivals, tournaments and weddings, and storm recovery can tighten availability quickly. For short notice, call and ask what is possible.
What should I do before the truck arrives?
Pick firm, level ground a truck can reach, clear the approach, line up gate codes or HOA approvals and make sure someone can answer the phone that day. Our delivery page has the details.
How many units does my event or crew need?
It depends on peak headcount, length, alcohol and food. Run the calculator for a starting figure, read the unit-count guide and then talk the numbers through with us.
Do you offer accessible units?
Accessible units are part of the lineup, subject to availability on your dates. A firm, level route matters as much as the unit, so see accessible restroom planning.
Can I rent for a project that lasts months?
Yes. Builds, harvests and rebuilds commonly use recurring service and a defined pickup plan. See long-term rentals.
Do the units need water or power hookups?
Standard portable toilets do not. Deluxe units, handwashing stations and restroom trailers can have water or power needs that we explain when you call.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong mid-rental?
Call the number on this site, describe the problem and give the location. We will work out the next step with you.
Will I need a permit, or approval from an HOA or beach manager?
Often something is required: city or county special-event permits, park or beach rules, HOA or condo association approval, or venue policies. Check with the relevant authority first. Construction crews should also review the OSHA sanitation basics.
What happens if a storm is forecast during my rental?
Call as early as you can. Wind, lightning, flooding and evacuation orders all change what is safe, and we will talk through options without promising outcomes. The heat and hurricane-season guide covers planning.
Still have a question?
Call us and describe your project. We will point you in the right direction.
